When choosing a boiler brand, one of the key questions is how reliable are they? All manufacturer’s boilers breakdown occasionally, however to minimise breakdowns, it is important that the boiler is installed by a competent, qualified engineer and that you have regular maintenance carried out on your boiler by means of an annual service.

The reliability rate that we can accurately report on, are boiler breakdowns within the first two years of installation, as our products are covered by a two year warranty. Any repairs during this time are repaired by Vokèra or a nominated Vokèra agent. Therefore we can accurately calculate our reliability rates within the first two years of installation.
