Boiler maintenance is important to ensure the continued safe running and efficiency of your boiler. Vokèra recommends that your boiler has an annual service and safety check, which can be carried out by your local Gas Safe Registeredâ„¢ engineer, or Vokèra would be pleased to carry this out for you.
Our trained customer care team help to ensure that you receive the best possible service.
We monitor our performance closely with 75% of all repair requests being attended in 2 days or less, 20% of our customers request a later date, leaving just 5% outside of the 2 day period. We continually strive to improve our performance, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers.
