A Vokèra annual service plan ensures that your Vokèra appliance receives an annual service and safety check, this ensures that your appliance maintains it’s efficiency, safe running and validates any Vokèra warranty that you may have.
A Vokèra annual service plan includes:
An experienced and professionally qualified engineer will service your boiler in accordance with the following schedule:
+ Check boiler performance, flue and ventilation
+ Visually check all components for water leaks
+ Full inspection for damaged or worn components
+ Visually inspect burner and heat exchanger for deposits, clean accordingly
+ Visually check for satisfactory ignition, flame picture and stability
+ Check flame failure device, check and adjust burner pressure
+ Fully check operation of boiler and controls
+ Check expansion vessel and reset pressure accordingly
+ Carry out a flue gas combustion analysis
During an annual service, should the engineer find that a part is required, you will be advised before the part is fitted, as parts are chargeable. For boilers under warranty or with D&G ExtraCover, parts will be covered under the warranty agreement.

To book your Vokèra annual service and safety check or take up a Vokèra annual Service plan, you can call our customer care team on: 0844 391 0999 option 2 between 8.15am - 5pm Monday – Friday or Saturday 8am - 12pm and we will arrange with you a mutually convenient time for the service to be carried out (Monday – Friday).
If you are already on a plan we will contact you when your annual service is due.
