Warranty Plans
Vokèra offers a standard 2 year warranty plan on all Vokèra boilers. We ask that you register your boiler with us, which you can do so online or by calling our customer care team on: 0844 391 0999 option 2 between 8.15am - 5pm Monday – Friday or Saturday 8am - 12pm.
When you call to register your appliance, please have the following information to hand so that we can handle your call efficiently:
+ Boiler Model Name
+ Boiler Serial Number
Or you can register now online!
The warranty plan covers your appliance during the two year period from the date of purchase.
You must have an annual service to validate your manufacturer warranty plan.
