Vokèra Compact SE combi boiler for specialist applications

The Vokèra Compact SE is suitable when installation of a condensing version is not suitable and you have an exemption certificate under the Building Regulations (England and Wales) and Building Standards (Scotland). The Compact SE is simple to operate with compact dimensions, the ideal boiler where space is an issue. The Compact SE combi boiler provides instantaneous hot water and central heating on demand.

To find out if you can get an exemption certiticate, you can discuss this with your Gas Safe Registered Installer (Ensure you keep your exemption certificate safe as you may well need this at a later date e.g. when you move home).  The Compact SE is certified and approved for use with Type C2, shared flue systems, e.g. SE duct and U duct.
