Technical Support Advisors - Glasgow
We are currently recruiting competent individuals to be based from our Glasgow office who are able to display enthusiasm, flexibility, and good communication skills. As part of the Vokèra team you will be encouraged to develop and advance your career expertise whilst focusing on servicing the needs of our many valued customers.
As a member of the Technical Support Team you will provide and assist customers with technical information and diagnostic help on Vokèra products. Relevant experience and ACS accreditation will be an advantage though not essential
Core Hours 8.15 – 17.00 Mon-Fri + Saturday morning rota (overtime).
Full Product Training will be provided.

Technical Trainers - Co. Kilkenny Ireland & Glasgow
Vokèra is currently seeking two Technical Trainers to train Vokèra customers, engineers, staff and service agents. The Vokèra training course portfolio includes; Vokèra product courses, Unvented DHW G3 courses, full scope Solar thermal courses, energy efficiency and tailored courses.
We are seeking someone with plenty of experience in the industry to impart knowledge and expertise to those who attend Vokèra training courses. You will need to have excellent communication skills, and be able to tailor the level of training delivered, dependant on the trainees needs. The ideal candidate will be self motivated and have a willingness for personal development. You will have a professional manner and the ability to hold people’s attention.
Qualifications:
The following are minimum requirements:
CCN1, WAT 1, CEN1
The following qualifications would be beneficial, however Vokèra are willing to provide training where necessary:
A2 (Training assessor qualification or equivalent)
Unvented DHW G3
Solar Thermal Full Scope
C & G 6084 (or equivalent for EET)
CONGLP 1 + CCLP 1
Confident in Word and PowerPoint

Vokèra Service Engineers x 2 (London & East Midlands)
Vokèra Ltd is a successful and expanding organision that constantly need to ensure our customer service is meeting the needs of our customers. As part of our continual development, we are seeking to recruit additional Gas Service & Breakdown engineers across the UK.
We are keen to talk to engineers in London and East Midlands who have completed a heating/plumbing apprenticeship and have ACS elements CCN1 & CEN1. LPG & WATT1 is preferred, but not essential, as Vokèra will train successful candidates to obtain these qualifications.
Successful candidates must have experience in boiler servicing, breakdowns and fault finding. Electrical knowledge is an advantage, although full training will be given. Ideally, you will have good interpersonal skills, lots of self-motivation and a real passion to deliver a quality service to our end user customers.
