Become a Vokèra Installer

Vokèra offer an ‘Approved installer agent’ status to heating engineers who want to access enhanced benefits from Vokèra.

To become an Approved Installer Agent for Vokèra, you have to satisfy the following set of requirements:

+ Install 25 or more Vokèra boilers a year
+ Gas Safe Registered
+ Follow Benchmark procedure
+ Provide copies of qualifications inc. CCN1 CEN1 & WAT1 or equiv.
+ Must have current Public Liability Insurance
+ Registered to Vokèra Affinity Support & Reward programme for a minimum of 12 months
+ Attended both Vokèra HE Technical Training and Fault Finding product Courses within the last 12 months
+ Have a health and safety policy if you employ more than 5 people

Enhanced Benefits from Vokèra

+ Vokèra Van Livery to promote approved Vokèra status (Approved installer Livery, distinguishes an approved installer)
+ Listed as a Vokèra Approved Installer
+ Included in Vokèra upgrade campaigns
+ Use of your affinity points towards specialist marketing activity
+ Platinum or gold affinity status with enhanced reward level

Please enclose copies of your:

• Gas Safe Registered™ Certificate
• Qualifications
• Public Liability Insurance Certificate
• Affinity Number
• Benchmark registration or letter confirming your Benchmark procedures
• Dates of training
• Health & Safety Policy

Upon approval you will receive a pack containing details of our agreement which you must sign and return to Vokèra. Once received, your Van livery will be dispatched and your affinity account status will change. You will also be issued with your approved installer agent pack that details all of your additional benefits
