Managing Director - UK & Ireland
Steve was appointed to Managing Director for Vokèra Ltd in May 2010, he has worked for Vokèra for 8 years, previously as Regional Sales Director and most recently as General Manager in Ireland. Steve is responsible for generating and implementing the strategic growth plan for both UK and Ireland by co-ordinating all the corporate functions.
Neil Gaffney
Managing Director - Ireland
Neil was appointed to Managing Director - Ireland for Vokèra Ltd in September 2010, he has worked in the heating industry for many years. Neil is responsible for generating and implementing the strategic growth plan Ireland and manages all Ireland operations.
Alister Maclachlan
Product Director
Alister joined Vokèra Ltd in 1991, he is responsible for product development and management, and ensuring product conformity, certification and quality.
Terry Asser
Commercial Director
Terry joined Vokèra Ltd in 1985, he is responsible for all customers and suppliers commercial terms & conditions within Vokèra’s business, whilst seeking out new business opportunities for further growth of the Vokèra brand. He also manages the boiler upgrade department that looks to replace customer’s old inefficient products with new high efficiency products.
Stephen Wilson
UK Brand Sales Director
Stephen Wilson joined Vokèra in 2004, he is responsible for the external sales team who ensure our trade customers get exceptional back up support. Our 20 strong external sales team are committed to customer support, contributing to the continued growth in Vokèra sales nationwide.
Darren Payne
Operations Director
Darren joined Vokèra Ltd in 1983, he is responsible for structuring our industry leading service division and outbound logistics of Vokèra spare parts. He is also responsibile for ICT, facility management and BSI.
Philip Ng
Finance Director
Philip joined Vokèra Ltd in 1994, his primary role is that of the Company`s Finance Director, and Company Secretary.
Eleanor Fox
Marketing Director & Head of Training
Eleanor joined Vokèra Ltd in 2005, she is responsible for creating and implementing the Marketing Strategy, to maintain a strong brand position and good customer relations. Eleanor also heads up the company’s technical training team who help maintain professionalism and high standards in the industry.
