Vokèra celebrates 20 years of its Affinity Installer Loyalty Programme
Vokèra, a leading manufacturer of heating solutions, has announced the launch of its biggest ever promotion celebrating the twentieth anniversary of its successful Affinity Installer Loyalty Programme. This year-long initiative, “Affinity 20”, begins on January 1st 2026, and will offer uplifted points for eligible product registrations as well as entries into the monthly prize draws and the grand draw at the end of the promotion. Vokèra is a part of Riello, a leader in high energy-efficiency heating and climate solutions.
The anniversary promotion is backed by Vokèra’s strongest-ever range of domestic heating boilers and the Riello NXHM air source heat pump range, reinforcing the brand’s ongoing commitment to supporting installers with high-performance solutions across both gas and renewable technologies.
The Vokèra Affinity scheme is designed to reward installers who register Vokèra products by providing them with tools and benefits that support their business and save time, including free Gas Safe notification and automatic warranty registration. Each qualifying product registration earns Affinity points, which can be exchanged for reward vouchers and gift cards via the Affinity platform. Vokèra Affinity is free to join and is open to Gas Safe registered heating installers and non-Gas Safe heat pump installers who are Affinity members.
For 2026, the Affinity scheme will feature additional rewards and incentives. Installers will be entered into a monthly draw with every qualifying product registration, offering between one and twenty chances to win one of twenty preloaded digital Mastercard prizes, with a top prize of £1,000. At the end of the promotional year, installers who qualify by registering twelve eligible installations during 2026 will go into the Grand Prize Draw, where twenty installers will win prizes, including a new Ford E-Transit Custom van as the top prize and nineteen preloaded digital Mastercard prizes.
Vokèra Affinity continues its commitment to supporting installers, by introducing a new reward option for 2026: Silver tier members and above can convert loyalty points into a preloaded digital Mastercard, providing an alternative to the standard vouchers currently available.
