The videos, now available on Vokèra’s official YouTube channel, cover key functions, installation guidance and setup tips, giving installers everything they need to get a Synergy boiler up and running smoothly for their customers. Hosted by David Iszchak, Technical Trainer at Vokèra for over 15 years, the video series reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting installers at every stage of their journey, from first install to long-term servicing. By making expert guidance freely accessible online, Vokèra aims to reduce installation time, build installer confidence and ensure a seamless experience for homeowners from day one.
Following the successful launch of the Synergy boiler range in the second half of 2024, it has established itself as a class-leading heating solution, combining high-specification with enhanced efficiency, performance and ease of use. The hybrid-ready range comprises six models, including three combi and three system variants, offering flexible solutions to suit a wide range of installation requirements.
A key component of the Synergy range is a stainless steel heat exchanger, engineered to enhance durability, longevity, and overall performance. The system delivers rapid temperature attainment and maintains a stable domestic hot water supply providing consistent comfort for end users. A brand-new touchpad interface provides intuitive control for both homeowners and installers, while refined electronic adaptive combustion control enables the boiler to automatically adjust to different gas types, with no need for a conversion kit or initial calibration.
Sustainability has been a key focus in Synergy’s design. The boilers have been engineered to minimise environmental impact throughout the entire product lifecycle, with reduced emissions, improved modulation, lower gas consumption and a recyclability index of 78%. Packaging is entirely plastic-free and made from FSC-certified, fully recyclable cardboard.
Further enhancements include improved noise reduction, with sound levels ranging from 45DB(A) to 48dB(A), to ensure minimal disruption within the home.
The boiler has also been designed with installers and service engineers in mind. Weighing between 28-30kg depending on the model, the units are lightweight for easier handling, and frontal access to key components simplifies servicing and ongoing maintenance. Additionally, Vokèra offers a generous ten year warranty with the install of every Synergy boiler, giving installers and homeowners confidence in long-term reliability.
