Continuing Our Commitment to Supporting Our Installers

We are thrilled to announce that we have been busy making improvements to our Vokèra Affinity loyalty and reward programme in an effort to further support our valued installers. The updated platform now offers installers easier access, extra features and even more rewards.

 

 

Vokèra has simplified the login process, that used to require unique user login names, and has now introduced a system that also allows the user’s registered email address to be used. This change removes the need to remember unique user names and makes logging in a quick and stress free experience.

Another area of the programme we have developed is product registrations. Affinity now offers installers the ability to make multiple product registrations through the platform as well as see their installation history.

We have also made ordering Gas Safe Certificates a more straightforward process. Once a product has been registered and Gas Safe has been notified, the certificate can now be downloaded within the member area and can even be sent directly to the homeowner.

We understand that an installer is often on the move so we have focussed our attention on making the platform as easy as possible to use whilst on the go. It is now easier than ever to access installation guides and manuals through mobile devices, with them now accessible via the Vokèra App. Vokèra Affinity also offers a wider choice of rewards, which will be updated regularly and will be available as new e-vouchers very soon.
